This is really what I need!

This is really the book I need! Being a woman, I tend often to be an emotional eater. Having said that, emotional eating doesn't only affect women, but it can also affect men! This wonderful book has helped me how to control my eating behaviour and to put an end to binge eating especially at late night! In less than a week, I started to feel a change in my body and I no longer have strange cravings although I thought it would be impossible to stop my cravings! I really recommend this book for everyone because it made a difference to my eating behaviour so it will do to yours!

Great book with lots of information and practical advice about overcoming your emotional eating problems. It’s really interesting to learn how the mind works and why it can be so difficult to control yourself. But I’m really happy to learn that it is possible.

It’s written in a funny and really personal way. If Beran went to the whole process herself and lost so much weight by following these steps, it must be possible for everyone! Just stick to it and you will see the results. I’ve learned that you can eat really healthy and delicious at the same time.. Like dark chocolate! Also happy that I can keep enjoying my coffee in the morning!

This is my first book of the skinny delicious serie, can’t wait to read the other ones!

Nice book!

I have read many similar books to this one and I must say it’s really high quality, the book is very well written and the information is both well laid out and plentiful. The whole dieting/healthy eating subject is a very difficult one to cover and it’s done really well-having read quite a few books on the subject (without much success) it was really nice to find a book that approaches the metal aspect of dieting rather than just basically saying eat less and move more in a very long winded way. I found it very helpful and I recommend this book highly.
